This position is for a dedicated TSA Support Agent, where you will coordinate with other departments when needed, learn company products and services to better assist others, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, as well as support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
