We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Supervisor to lead daily airline and ground operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards.
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre System
  • Experience in AW and BW operations
  • Experience in baggage service operations
  • Strong knowledge of TSA and FAA processes, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Solid understanding of ramp safety procedures and operational compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,etc
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
  • Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
