Junior R&D/TS&D Technician (Reactor Operator/Lab Technician)

Location: Lake Jackson, TX



Seeking a Junior R&D/TS&D Technician with 3+ years of laboratory or chemical process experience to support Process R&D activities. Responsibilities include operating batch and Parr reactors, conducting polymerization experiments, collecting and documenting data, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting laboratory setups. Experience with GC, laboratory instrumentation, reactor operations, chemical handling, and safety protocols is highly preferred.

✅ High School Diploma + 3 years lab experience required
✅ Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred
✅ Hands-on experience with reactors, analytical instruments, and laboratory operations preferred
✅ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and safety mindset required
