Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for our client in Lafayette, IN 47905. This is a temporary 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Lafayette, IN 47905
Duration: 13 WEEKS
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Day 4x10-Hour (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay rate: 60$/hr.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
  • Active BLS certification
  • CNMT or NMTCB certification (required)
  • Adult Hospital and Nuclear Cardiology experience
  • Ability to start and maintain IVs and safely handle radioactive materials
Responsibilities:
  • Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging and diagnostic procedures
  • Conduct Bone Scans, HIDA Scans, Gastric Emptying, MUGA, Liver Imaging, and Lung Scans
  • Perform SPECT and Nuclear Cardiology studies
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient safety
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team
Additional Information:
  • On-call required (rotating one week at a time, including weekends)
  • Cerner charting
