Job Description
  • Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, asset transfers, entity formation documents, agreements and resolutions.
  • Serve as trusted liaison, attending client signings, coordinating third-party meetings, and maintaining a polished/professional presence.
  • File pleadings, record legal documents, manage deadlines, and handle document preparation with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage calendar coordination, perform invoicing, pre-bill edits, handle conflict checks and assist with time tracking.
  • Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting to ensure exceptional client service and seamless operations.

  • 4–10 years of experience as a paralegal in trusts and estates or a related legal area, and a law firm background.
