Coleman Hanna Carwash Systems is seeking an experienced Trumpf and Mazak Laser Metal Cutter Programmer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities

  • Program and operate Trumpf and Mazak laser cutting machines using TruTops software to produce components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure production accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laser equipment to optimize performance
  • Use precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers to verify product dimensions and tolerances
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Adhere to safety protocols when operating machinery and handling materials
  • Work on fabricating standard components and custom part designs

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in laser programming using Trumpf TruTops software and Mazak laser systems
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of laser cutting processes
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for laser equipment
  • Basic math skills to perform measurements and related calculations
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
