Opportunity to practice in Alaska!

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a per-diem Electrophysiology Cardiologist to support our highly experienced team at Porter Heart & Vascular Center, the only full-time cardiology clinic serving Interior Alaska and the Far North.

The Opportunity:

We are recruiting a per-diem Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join the cardiovascular team at Porter Heart & Vascular Center located inside Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. This one-week-per-month role focuses on outpatient electrophysiology care, providing evaluation and follow-up for adult patients with arrhythmias and implanted cardiac devices. You'll work alongside an experienced group of interventional cardiologists, a vascular surgeon, and advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexibility while still practicing meaningful subspecialty care in a region with limited EP access.

  • Compensation: $4,230/8hr shift. Lodging & Travel available.
  • Schedule: 1-week per month. M-F 8am-5pm.
  • Patient Panel: 14 patients in clinic 4 days; 1 procedure day 
  • Team: Robust and collaborative cardiovascular team consisting of 2 interventional cardiologists, 1 vascular surgeon and 6 advanced practice providers.
