TruDataRx, Inc. is different from other players in the industry in that our drug management’s foundation is our database compiled from a worldwide body of clinical comparative effectiveness research, which quantifies the clinical value of medications and their relations to cost, unlike most of the industry which bases decisions primarily on cost.

  • Perform all phases of network meta-analyses (NMA) completing PICOTS in conjunction with pharmacy lead, abstract identification, study selection, data extraction and running detailed study level data through proprietary NMA process.
  • Function as a primary and secondary reviewer on clinical topics with an eye toward accuracy, completeness and alignment with the research question. This requires a highly detail-oriented and collaborative orientation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to draft Comparative Effectiveness reviews of the evidence that are used to develop proprietary clinical algorithms
  •  Produce analyses to inform Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee’s formulary decisions
  • Produce Comparative Effectiveness graphs for use in reviews of evidence and sales presentations
  • Develop clinical reports to help our clients understand the clinical, employee experience, and financial implications associated with designing and implementing a better pharmacy benefit for their employees
  • Other duties as required.*

Requirements:
  • Required education: Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in the natural sciences or a quantitative field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow processes meticulously, as well as a passion for constantly improving processes
  • The ability to effectively operate both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint, etc.)
  • This position will be in person, full time, at our headquarters in Norwich, VT.
