We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Dispatch Manager to join our growing transportation team.


Responsibilities


  • Manage daily truck dispatch operations and driver coordination

  • Handle freight rate quotes and negotiate with brokers/customers

  • Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient deliveries

  • Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues in real time

  • Maintain strong communication with drivers, customers, and partners


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in trucking dispatch or transportation operations required

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) — required
