Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Real Estate Technology team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve client real estate processes and operations and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Leading client interviews and workshops and supporting solution design for configurations, integrations, data migrations, and reporting
  • Coordinating project phases, including kickoff, design, development, testing, deployment, and support, while managing workplans and scope changes
  • Developing project deliverables, including process flows, architecture diagrams, functional design documents, test scenarios, training plans, and deployment materials
  • Serving as a liaison between client and technical teams, supporting proposal development, and guiding junior practitioners across engagements

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.


Qualifications required:

  • 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 6+ years of IBM TRIRIGA implementation experience
  • Experience with 2+ full-cycle IBM TRIRIGA implementations or IBM TRIRIGA upgrade projects
  • Experience implementing 2+ IBM TRIRIGA modules, including lease administration, lease accounting, space management, facility management, or capital projects, and using IBM TRIRIGA builder tools, including Data Modeler, Form Builder, Workflows, Integrations, and Portal/Navigation Builder
  • Experience managing teams of 2+ resources and leading workstreams across client engagements for IBM TRIRIGA solutions
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering preferred) or construction management and MBA
  • Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil), Construction Management, or Master of Business Administration
  • 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 6+ years of IBM TRIRIGA implementation experience
  • 1+ years of programming experience in JavaScript or another programming language
  • Experience with web services and middleware technologies, including TIBCO, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaServer Pages (JSP), Servlets, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Structured Query Language (SQL), Oracle, .NET, or XSLT
  • Experience with data mapping and data migration for enterprise resource planning (ERP) or integrated workplace management system (IWMS) implementations
  • IBM TRIRIGA certification


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.


You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
