Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tririga Developer with expertise in Space and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM Tririga to meet our organization's facility management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Tririga Development:

  • Design, develop, and configure Tririga applications and workflows.
  • Customize Tririga to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement and integrate Tririga modules with other enterprise systems.

Space Management:

  • Develop and maintain space management functionalities within Tririga.
  • Configure and manage space classification, allocation, and reporting.
  • Implement solutions for space utilization, tracking, and optimization.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M):

  • Customize and optimize the O&M module within Tririga.
  • Develop solutions for work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking.
  • Integrate O&M functionalities with other modules and systems for seamless operations.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tririga-related issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure stability and performance.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Train end-users and stakeholders on Tririga functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.

Qualifications:
