Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

We're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator who thrives on organization, precision, and execution. This role is critical to ensuring our website is always launch-ready, accurate, and optimized for an exceptional customer experience.
Position Summary
The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day operational tasks that keep Gymreapers.com running at a world-class level.
You will own the execution of product launches, promotional setup, merchandising updates, quality assurance, Shopify administration, and site maintenance while partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
Success in this role requires extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Ecommerce Operations: Own the day-to-day execution of Gymreapers.com, including Shopify administration, product catalog management, collections, navigation, site content, and merchandising updates to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Execute Product Launches & Promotions: Coordinate and implement new product launches, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, product merchandising, homepage changes, and seasonal initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain Website Quality & Performance: Perform ongoing quality assurance across products, inventory, pricing, promotions, and website functionality to identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to support product launches, campaign execution, and continuous operational improvements.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain launch calendars, project timelines, and operational documentation while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall ecommerce experience.
