Pay Range: $48.29 - $65.06 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview: Trinitas offers world-class expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of renal disease. Our renal program is designated with a 5-star rating by CMS for excellence in patient care. Our physicians and staff offer years of experience and operate out of three locations that are convenient to area residents. We emphasize expert diagnosis, treatment and early intervention for those at greatest risk. To better serve our patients, all three Trinitas dialysis facilities have achieved 5-Diamond status through the Quality Insights Renal Network. The 5-Diamond Patient Safety Program was developed as an innovative training and recognition program to assist dialysis providers in increasing awareness and building a culture of safety among patients.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Per Diem
  • Day shift
  • Every other weekend and schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
  • Mandatory Orientation

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey RN License or approved RN license required.
  • ASN required; BSN preferred. 
  • An American Heart Association BLS prior to the start date is required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in dialysis preferred.

Essential Functions: The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports the philosophy, objectives and the mission and vision of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning. Participates in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
