Cannabis Trimmer
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmers to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for hand-trimming cannabis flower while maintaining quality, consistency, and production goals. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Hand-trim cannabis flower to meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain a production goal of at least 1.5 pounds of trimmed flower per day.
  • Inspect flower for quality and remove excess stems and leaves.
  • Follow all company SOPs and state cannabis compliance regulations.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized.
  • Work collaboratively with the cultivation and post-harvest teams.
  • Maintain accurate production records as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a current and active Arizona Facility Agent Card.
  • Previous cannabis trimming experience preferred, but training may be provided for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Schedule
  • Full-time and temporary opportunities available.
