Job description

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Support Admin. to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks in regard to new loan production, client outreach, and daily activities to allow the loan officers to focus on dealer relationships and strengthen ties with their borrowers. Additional activities include handling inbound call overflow, addressing client update requests when loan officers are on vacation, and various reporting needs for management.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to handline administrative tasks for LOs on vacation or out sick
  • Responsible for client outreach along with inbound call overflow and email assistance with expiring locks
  • Will manage administrative reporting needs from expiring locks, rejected COFs, loans needing additional outbound calls by LO, compiling notes from various meetings and assist with post meeting activities
  • Responsible for assisting Los with various administrative tasks and scheduling needs

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years of mortgage processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and part of a sales team
  • Knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System
  • Knowledge of Composer Phone System
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)

Physical Demand:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
