Job description

Position Overview 

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team.

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
  • Daily maintenance of credit lines
  • Review & decision order requests
  • Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
  • Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
  • Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
  • Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants
  • Managing rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental
  • Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication
  • Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred but not required
  • 2 years’ prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred
  • Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.
  • Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.
  • Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Physical Demand: 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
