Position Summary
AutoPayPlus is seeking an Operations Team Lead to support our growing Financial Services Operations team. This role serves as a trusted resource for frontline team members, providing real-time support, coaching reinforcement, escalation assistance, and operational guidance in a fast-paced member service environment.
What You'll Do
  • Support and coach frontline team members throughout the day
  • Assist with member escalations and complex account concerns
  • Reinforce service, quality, and compliance standards
  • Partner with leadership to identify coaching opportunities and operational trends
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Collaborate with QA, Compliance, Training, and Technology teams
  • Help identify process improvements that enhance the member experience
  • Support operational excellence through accurate documentation and workflow management

Schedule amp; Work Environment
This position is based in our Downtown Orlando office. One weekend per month may be required for remote operational support as scheduled. Additional schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service, call center, financial services, or loan servicing experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling escalated customer concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Team Lead, Mentor, Coach, or Senior Representative experience
  • Banking, Auto Finance, ACH, Loan Servicing, or Financial Services experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with Five9, Creatio, or EV2 systems
