About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a PT for Home Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their homes, helping them to regain their strength and independence. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
