Job description

Name of position: Account Manager
Location: Washington DC

Serves as the single point of contact for day-to-day contract management activities.
Responsible for communication with the USAC Procurement Specialist, Contract Administrator, and Program Manager.
Oversees staffing coordination, contract administration, reporting, scheduling, escalation management, and overall delivery oversight.
Must be available within two business hours of USAC contact.
