Tri-Fit Physical Therapy, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Manassas, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist. In this role, you will partner with patients on their journey to restore motion and enhance their functional capabilities. Your expertise will help maximize their quality of life through effective rehabilitation, prevention strategies, and treatment interventions. Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Tri-Fit, you will be part of a collaborative team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Our onsite rehabilitation facility fosters a dynamic and friendly atmosphere where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for seeing one patient per hour, allowing you to focus deeply on each individual's care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient’s physical condition and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement detailed and individualized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients by setting achievable goals that enhance their mobility and function.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens to mitigate pain and restore movement.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, WebPT.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans according to patients’ evolving needs.
• Promote wellness and preventive strategies that encourage a healthy lifestyle among patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Tri-Fit consists primarily of adults seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services for various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. Our focus is on providing client-centered care that empowers patients through education, exercise, and wellness initiatives tailored specifically to their lifestyle and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist License with no prior board actions or disciplinary records.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient record management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
• Experience with patient education and lifestyle coaching focused on movement and wellbeing.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
