Eastern North Carolina Medical Group - Middlesex, located in Nash County, is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same-day appointments and online scheduling.

**We are slated to open a brand-new Medical Office Building in 2026 and looking to expand our Primary Care services by hiring additional physicians into the practice**

* We will entertain BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Med/Peds providers. *


Services:

• Preventive health care

• Sick care

• Well-child checks

• Adolescent health

• Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
