We are expanding our North American commercial team and seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, external-facing sales role for a proven closer who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder selling environments. The Regional Sales Manager will own a multi-state territory, carry a direct quota, and serve as the primary commercial representative for Eitan Medical's full portfolio" including the Sapphire, Avoset, and Insight product lines. You will report directly to the National Sales Director.
This role is ideal for a top-tier sales professional who combines deep capital equipment expertise with executive-level presentation skills and the analytical discipline to manage a CRM-driven sales process with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a multi-state, Tri-State area of the US, meeting and exceeding individual and team sales quotas set by the Chief Commercial Officer
- Lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment in both acute care and homecare settings from prospecting and clinical evaluation through contracting and close
- Deliver compelling, polished presentations to diverse audiences including C-suite administrators, clinicians, biomedical technicians, and department decision-makers
- Build and maintain a rigorous, data-driven pipeline using Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-through
- Develop and sustain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders and influencers within target accounts, including physicians, nurses, clinical educators, and procurement leaders
- Demonstrate mastery of the Eitan Medical product portfolio and effectively communicate clinical value, safety, and efficacy
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing training on product safety and clinical application
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer buying patterns to continuously refine territory strategy and maintain a winning position in the marketplace
Requirements
Travel 70-80% of the time within the assigned region
What We're Looking For
Education
A bachelor's degree is required.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience with a demonstrated track record of top-tier performance " candidates with consistent Top 10% ranking in their sales organization are strongly preferred
- Proven capital equipment sales expertise** direct experience selling high-value capital into acute care, ambulatory, or homecare settings is essential
- Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM proficiency** you manage your pipeline, activity, and forecasting in the system, not around it
- Exceptional presentation skills** you are equally comfortable presenting to a clinical team on the floor and a hospital VP in the boardroom; you know how to read a room and adapt your message
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, persuasive narratives
- Established or demonstrated ability to gain access to hospitals and key clinical departments within the territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct infusion pump or drug delivery device sales experience
- Experience selling ambulatory electronic pumps
- Familiarity with both the acute and post-acute / home infusion markets
