Job description

TriState Health is seeking an energetic individual willing to work in our Inpatient Services Department.ย  This RN must be self-motivated and possess an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.ย  We have an excellent work culture, and a team focused on high standards of patient care.ย

  • The right candidate will promote and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process
  • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
  • Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members
  • Nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital, Nursing Department and regulatory standards.

  • Must have strong communication/writing skills.

Experience:

  • One year of previous nursing experience preferred; new grads may be considered.

Education and Training:

  • Minimum of an Associateโ€™s degree from an accredited school of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Licensures/ Certifications:

  • Current Washington State RN license
  • Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card
  • ACLS/PALS/NIHSS preferred
