Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is hiring Full Time & Part Time Night Janitor for our Tri Cities locations. We are committed to providing outstanding maintenance services for our clients and their building occupants. As a Tri Cities Night Janitor, you will be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our customers’ facilities. This Tri Cities Night Janitor role is ideal for individuals who can work on their own or as part of a team. We offer a variety of schedules and competitive pay rates.

Tri Cities Night Janitor Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Dust and polish surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Interact professionally with customers and team members
Tri Cities Night Janitor Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check

Pay ranges from $17.50 - $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
