Position Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving and executing sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will work to build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. If you are proactive, truly enjoy providing superior service, and a high sales performer who loves taking ownership, this could be an ideal place for you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties, and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
  • Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong process and results driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
