What Will You Be Doing?
This position is critical to ensuring that our community and operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring exceptional service and quality care.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members to create an engaging and welcoming community.
  • Drive occupancy and census growth by partnering with the sales team and helping prospective residents feel at home.
  • Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling expenses and achieving operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall community success.

Qualifications
  • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
  • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
