Job description

We are currently hiring for Tree Service Crew Member positions. This position is excellent for an individual eager to learn, though prior experience in the tree care industry (private and/or residential/non-line clearance) is highly preferred. Candidates MUST have a valid Driver License with a clean driving record AND prior experience hauling a trailer/equipment. Due to CDL Class B (no restrictions) or higher a plus. Candidates should be enthusiastic, work well with others as a team, and be safety-oriented. This job is safety-sensitive and applicants with a medical marijuana card will NOT be eligible for employment.


This job involves/requires:


-Trimming and removing trees of all sizes or assisting with

-Assisting with climbing and/or rigging/crane operations

-Bucket and/or grapple truck operation

-Driving a tool truck with a trailer loaded with equipment

-Stump grinder, skid steer, and frequent chainsaw operation

-Ability to lift at least 50-100 pounds regularly

-Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions

-Excellent communication/customer service skills

-Focus on safety and teamwork and proper use of PPE

-Proper jobsite set up/pre and post-jobsite walk through to assess risks and ensure customer satisfaction

-Ability to work outdoors and handle extreme weather conditions

-Obtaining CDL Class B (no restrictions) or higher


Please note that we specialize in Emergency Tree Response/Disaster Relief and crews may be dispatched to assist with tornado and hurricane relief efforts which require an extend period of travel. Regularly scheduled work may require some Saturday work.
