Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise tree care and landscaping crews to ensure efficient, high-quality work on all job sites
  • Operate and oversee the use of tree care and landscaping equipment
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address job site concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a tree care or landscape crew
  • Strong knowledge of tree care, landscaping practices, and equipment operation
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
  • ISA Certification or other industry credentials are a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
