Job Description: OBJECTIVE: Seasonal Ranch Worker is the person who will conduct the completion of grounds maintenance tasks and functions. Perform a variety of tasks required for the upkeep and care of the company grounds. The primary areas of responsibilities are Harlan Estate Grounds, Forest & woodlands as well as all above ground and underground infrastructure. PURPOSE: To provide a safe work environment and have aesthetically pleasing grounds and forest ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the completion of specific tasks and to ensure quality standards are metEnsure that equipment is maintained in good working condition and stored in a properly mannerReceives work orders.
