As a Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the Center Director and the sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Location: 6629 S Virginia St C, Reno, NV 89511

Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, including every other Saturday

Compensation: Total compensation of $22-$53 hourly, based on performance

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, complete check-in process and connect them with the appropriate OrangeTwist team member
  • Answer phones and center email in a courteous and professional and timely manner; takes messages, answer questions, schedule appointments, or direct call as needed
  • Up-sell products and services to clients and process payments
  • Receive and sort daily mail; prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, organizing and maintain file system, files correspondence and other records
  • Partner with Center Management to order and maintains supplies and keep reception area organized and clean
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, OrangeTwist membership, & rewards and financial programs.
  • Knowledge of OrangeTwist treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalents
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in lead/supervisor/leadership (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a spa, wellness, or beauty environment (Preferred)
