Job Summary

The Treasury Services Associate provides centralized support to INB's Treasury sales team and business clients. This role supports business deposit accounts and treasury management services, including receivables, payables, and fraud solutions. The position assists with implementation and maintenance of treasury products while supporting operations at the Main branch within INB's corporate headquarters. Strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Establish and update client information during implementation and maintenance processes.
  • Analyze and document client requirements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage and assist Treasury Sales with multiple implementations or projects and communicate progress updates.
  • Develop working knowledge of all Retail and Treasury products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Respond promptly to customer phone inquiries in accordance with INB policy.
  • Assist customers with deposit account servicing and commercial account maintenance.
  • Maintain follow-up on items within pending or hold files.
  • Support vault-related commercial transactions as needed.
  • Assist the Treasury Services Manager with daily assignments, projects, and reports.
  • Continue learning cash management and analysis systems.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with web-based systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access preferred.

Supervision Responsibilities:

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 annually. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
