Job Summary:
Treasury Management Sales Associate is part of the Sales Delivery Team and is responsible for assisting the Treasury Management Officers with various sales related activities, including client pricing, presentation building and portfolio management. Responsibilities are to be completed with limited supervision in a proactive manner and involve accountability for empowered decision-making. The goal of the position is to acquire the knowledge and skill set necessary to become a Treasury Management Officer with full account responsibilities and sales goals. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Works closely with treasury sales officer to ensure commercial deposits are gathered and treasury management products are sold to new commercial customers.
  • Cross-sells treasury management products to existing customers. Responsible for expanding relationships for all treasury services to gain maximum client share of wallet.
  • Attend joint meetings with clients and TMO’s, Market team members, Regional President and loan officers primarily via phone focusing on banking sales segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients; understand their needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
  • Helps TMO obtain necessary documentation, account opening, and onboard for all Treasury Management products and cash management services.
  • Ensures the proper onboarding of new treasury management customers with the help of the TMO amp; TM Support.
  • Creates and coordinates execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services.
  • Assists with training internal customers on all Treasury Management products.
  • Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
  • Tracks all sales-related activities as well as what is required by management.
  • Works with TMO on Annual Reviews for treasury/deposit customers
  • Assists the TMO and TM Support on annual ACH amp; RDC risk reviews.
