JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Services Associate supports the day-to-day processing of payments and financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. This position operates in a high-volume environment, and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy. The Associate works closely with internal teams to help process payments, research basic account information, and support daily treasury operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and apply incoming payments accurately while meeting daily deadlines.
  • Review payment, policy, and account information to ensure funds are applied correctly.
  • Research and resolve routine payment questions or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, scanning, filing, and electronic document management.
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to payment processing, transaction research, and account activity.
  • Assist with daily treasury operations, cash management activities, and departmental reporting.
  • Work with Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) or more years of experience in treasury operations, cash application, payment processing, accounts receivable, banking operations, financial services, insurance operations, or a related high-volume transactional environment preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, preferred.
