Job description

The Treasury Management Sales Associate (Associate) is a key driver of commercial client growth through tailored treasury solutions. This role partners with Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMSOs), Commercial Bankers, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic sales support, lead client discovery, and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation. The Associate influences pricing strategies, identifies revenue opportunities, and accelerates portfolio expansion while maintaining operational excellence and compliance across multiple lines of business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive annual Treasury Management (TM) revenue growth through proactive portfolio review and strategic sales enablement, leveraging KPI reporting, pricing and usage analytics, and client insights to identify expansion opportunities and advance cross-sell and solution optimization
conversations with existing clients.
• Partner closely with TSOs to support achievement of sales goals and key performance benchmarks through coordinated planning and execution.
• Support the development of client proposals and effective discovery strategies by analyzing available client information, market intelligence, and portfolio data.
• Lead client discovery conversations, independently or in partnership with TSOs, to uncover needs, deepen relationships, and recommend appropriate treasury solutions.

• Coordinate and actively participate in Line of Business (LOB) partner meetings to align on key client strategies, cross-functional opportunities, and the new client onboarding experience.
• Develop and present comprehensive client analyses, solution designs, financial models, and pricing recommendations that align treasury solutions with client objectives, risk considerations, and overall relationship value.
• Actively manage the assigned portfolio by reviewing pricing expiration, revenue, and utilization reports to identify renewal, repricing, and revenue expansion opportunities while proactively mitigating risk.
• Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews by leveraging internal tools, analytics, and subject matter expertise; develop data-driven recommendations and collaborate with TSOs, Relationship Managers, and LOB partners to execute client strategies.
• Communicate portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities through regular engagement with relationship teams and leadership, including recommendations for pricing actions and navigation of required approval processes.
• Manage and advance pipeline opportunities in nCino, ensuring timely and accurate updates, visibility to stakeholders, alignment with sales objectives, and coordination across LOB partners, TM implementations, and leadership to support efficient execution and transparency.
• Champion the client experience by serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal operations teams, and third-party vendors throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Facilitate seamless transitions by initiating and managing required documentation workflows and coordinating closely with Treasury Management implementation teams.
• Monitor implementation milestones and deadlines, proactively resolve issues, and provide clear, timely visibility to Line of Business partners on progress and outcomes.
• Drive revenue realization by reviewing Treasury Management client transitions to new services, monitoring service utilization, deposit growth, and pricing accuracy, and strengthening scorecard integrity and performance metrics for both TSOs and bankers.
• Ensure all bookings adhere to established guidelines, documentation standards, and pricing accuracy protocols to support compliant, sustainable revenue recognition.
• Maintain proficiency in key systems and tools, including IBS, Q2, nCino, and SAILS, to support accurate documentation, reporting, and visibility across sales performance and client outcomes
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, and Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
• Engage in advanced product training and industry seminars to stay ahead of treasury trends.
• Build and nurture internal networks to influence business processes and drive innovation.
• Actively contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to promote and shape the bank’s treasury roadmap.
• Act as a resource for peers by sharing best practices and insights gained through training and client engagements.
• Adheres to Seacoast Bank’s code of conduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Treasury Sales Management
• Strong drive/ambition to develop skills further and thus be able to advance to next level roles in TM sales or TM Ops
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills.
