Job Description

The Treasury Analyst supports the organization's cash management, banking operations, and liquidity planning activities. This role is responsible for monitoring daily cash activity, maintaining bank accounts, supporting cash flow forecasting, and assisting with banking compliance and reporting. The Treasury Analyst partners with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure efficient use of cash, strong controls, and continuous improvement of treasury processes.

Essential Functions:

  1. Perform daily cash processes, including monitoring cash balances, fund movements, wires, ACH transactions, and daily cash positioning across corporate and property/partnership accounts (approximately 300 accounts).
  2. Establish, maintain, and administer corporate and property/partnership bank accounts, including documentation and system setup.
  3. Support monthly and quarterly treasury reporting, cash flow projections, and bank compliance activities.
  4. Assist in optimizing bank account structures, including interest-bearing accounts, sweeps, and liquidity solutions.
  5. Maintain effective working relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
  6. Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvement and automation initiatives.
  7. Assist with special projects related to treasury operations, systems, and cash optimization.
  8. Support compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of directly related treasury or cash management experience.
  • Experience in multi-entity or high-volume banking environments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of treasury operations and banking products.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba or Workday preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
