The Role

As Treasury Manager, you’ll lead key Treasury operations and drive the day-to-day management, oversight, training, and development of the Treasury team. You’ll be a critical leader across global cash management, liquidity reporting, cash forecasting, foreign exchange risk management, bank account administration, and treasury technology innovation. Your expertise will help shape efficient, accurate, and compliant processes, while mentoring and coaching your team to grow their technical and analytical skills. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, banking partners, auditors, and vendors to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Impact
  • Manage, mentor, train, and develop team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and support for professional growth
  • Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury activities, ensuring responsibilities are properly assigned and deadlines are met
  • Review team deliverables, analyses, reconciliations, reports, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global cash management, liquidity operations, and management reporting
  • Lead review and approval of bank account activity, funds transfers, treasury payments, and investment transactions
  • Oversee global bank account administration, including account openings/closures, signatory management, KYC compliance, and user access reviews
  • Manage foreign exchange risk management and hedging activities, including exposure analysis, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Support development and presentation of hedge recommendations, performance, and contract positions
  • Provide oversight of foreign exchange trade settlement processes and banking partner coordination
  • Serve as SME for Treasury Management Systems (TMS), overseeing system administration, governance, and enhancements
  • Lead TMS enhancements, system implementations, integrations, and related projects
  • Evaluate and implement treasury technologies, automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Manage preparation and review of Treasury and Risk Management-related accruals, invoices, and accounting documentation
  • Oversee treasury-related reporting, debt and credit facility compliance, audit requests, and SEC filing support
  • Lead and support strategic Treasury projects, process improvements, bank transitions, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, banking, or financial services.
  • Prior people-management, supervisory, or mentorship experience required.
  • Strong expertise in treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, banking operations, foreign exchange, and compliance controls.
  • Experience working with global banking partners, auditors, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and ability to travel occasionally, as required.
