Job description

Robert Half Management Resources is partnering with our client, a large private equity firm, to recruit for an interim Senior Integration Consultant to support the Corporate Treasury team within the Management Company. Due to significant organic growth and acquisition activity, the team needs an experienced consultant who can quickly step in and help drive treasury-related integration, forecasting, and process alignment initiatives.


The ideal candidate brings large-company experience, strong treasury and forecasting expertise, exposure to acquisition integrations, and the ability to communicate effectively across senior finance and treasury leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support treasury operations during a period of rapid growth and M& A activity.
  • Assist with integration and alignment of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) across acquired entities.
  • Drive treasury process standardization and operational improvements.
  • Lead and enhance cash flow, liquidity, and working capital forecasting, with cash forecasting being a critical focus area.
  • Partner with Treasury, FP& A, Accounting, and business leaders to improve visibility into cash needs and liquidity planning.
  • Support treasury reporting, analysis, and strategic finance initiatives.
  • 10+ years of finance experience with strong exposure to Corporate Treasury.
  • Experience within large, complex organizations, ideally private equity-backed, public, or multi-entity environments.
  • Deep understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury operations, and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and process harmonization initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • FP& A professionals are welcome if they possess meaningful treasury experience and a strong understanding of cash forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Big Four advisory and/or management consulting experience is highly preferred.
