Job description

TEAM Industries is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to serve as our next Treasury Manager. This role will oversee company-wide treasury management activities, including cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll tax review, internal controls, and audit coordination. The position is also responsible for direct supervision of the accounts receivable & accounts payable functions, as well as payroll management. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Treasury Manager will partner closely with plant management and corporate leadership to support operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and help advance TEAM Industries' long-term strategic goals.

This is a hybrid location role, with 2-3 days working within the plant location each week

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Payroll Manager and Centralized Accounting Staff. This includes staffing, training, planning, work direction, evaluating, and discipline of employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Purpose: The Plant Controller/Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manages the review of quarterly and annual payroll taxes and overall treasury management for the Company. This role will ensure the financial health of the plant while supporting strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.

Implement and administer organizational treasury policies, governing cash flow and liquidity, debt and credit, interest rate or currency risk, investing and forecasting, and relationships with banks or other financial institutions.

Manage treasury strategies that ensure liquid funds are available for current capital needs and assist in implementation of long-term cash management or investment plans that both preserve capital and support strategic goals.

Manage the financial planning and analysis process for assigned plant location(s), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsible for internal auditing.

Conduct and/or mentor the review of quarterly and annual payroll taxes.

Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and corporate leadership.

Oversee the plant's accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Collaborate with operations management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.

Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Demonstrate leadership commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and coach subordinates on their impact on TEAM QMS objectives.

Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
