The pay range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 annually based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Treasury Analyst, you will beresponsible for providing critical support to the Finance team ensuring the financing and treasury needs are met to support the company's operations. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with equipment financing, revolver activities, implementing new products, and assisting with the cash forecasting process. This is a 100% remote, full time position working Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(40%) Treasury Operations & Cash Management

  1. Direct and support day-to-day treasury operations
  2. Control the daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity needs and analyze future cash positions.
  3. Support the maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/treasury systems
  4. Maintain all treasury procedures and operational documentation
  5. Ensure proper financial controls are followed within treasury operations
  6. Supports the cash forecasting process (short and long-term)
  7. Provide periodic forecasts based on historical data, current business plans, and strategies
  8. Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
(40%) Financing & Banking Relationships
  1. Assist in arranging short and long-term financing, including leasing and off-balance-sheet structures
  2. Prepare and analyze equipment financing options and presents recommendations
  3. Review lease and financing documentation
  4. Work with existing tracking and forecasting models while identifying and recommending areas for improvement
  5. Partner with equipment financing partners to ensure streamline processes from project inception to completion
  6. Maintains corporate relationships with commercial banks
  7. Evaluate and support implementations of new banking products and services
  8. Assist in the measuring and reporting compliance for bank covenants
(15%) Projects, Strategic Support & Service Excellence
  1. Manage treasury related projects and implementations of new products or systems as assigned
  2. Support cross-functional treasury initiatives aligned with company strategy
(5%) Other Duties and Projects as Assigned
  1. Performs additional responsibilities as required to support Treasury and organizational objectives.
