We are seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Plymouth, MN as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Create job requisitions and post positions through the applicant tracking system (Paylocity).
  • Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate and new hire travel when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting.
  • Identify process efficiencies and enhancements within assigned duties.
  • Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc.
  • Manage background check and drug testing processes employee documents, entering information in the HRIS ย system and assign new hire training through learning management system.ย 

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environmentย 
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferredย 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
  • Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.ย 
  • High integrity - trusted, direct, ย truthful. Embodies confidence and admits mistakes.
  • Understand what it takes to deliver a ย world class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Compensation and Benefits for Talent Acquisition Coordinator:ย 


Pay Range: ย $24.18 - ย $30.24/hourย 

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
