What You'll Be Doing

The Investor Relations & Treasury Analyst supports the execution of investor relations, shareholder services, and treasury-related activities for the bank and its holding company, Tradition Bancshares, Inc. (TBI). This is a cross-functional role that is responsible for the day-to-day processing, tracking, and maintenance of shareholder records, transactions, and supporting data, while assisting with capital planning, reporting, and investor communications under the direction of senior leadership, in addition to supporting the liquidity and investment activities of the bank.

This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy.


How You'll Get the Job Done

  • Execute and support shareholder services activities: shareholder transactions, shareholder communications, transfer agent coordination, transaction tracking, documentation, and maintenance of accurate shareholder records.
  • Maintain shareholder, equity, and capital planning record: data entry, reconciliations, ownership tracking, records retention, and support for capital planning and internal reporting activities.
  • Support treasury operations and liquidity management activities: tracking funding levels, funding costs, collateral activity, investment cash flows, liquidity forecasts, and maintaining related documentation and controls.
  • Assist with investment and liquidity risk monitoring: maintain dashboards and tracking tools, support investment and funding transactions, and monitor key measures against internal guidelines and policy limits.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and communication materials: gather and organize financial information, conduct market and peer research, identify trends, and assist with management reporting and shareholder communications. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and vendors: support the accuracy, completeness, security, and consistency of shareholder, treasury, and related records and processes.

Professional & Educational Experience You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in banking, treasury operations, investor relations support, financial operations or a related role within the financial services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $29 - $43 per hour. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.
