Position: Treasury Management Director
Location: Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Bankโ€™s treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectives and identifying market opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.
  • Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annual production goals and providing strategic leadership to drive performance.
  • Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasury clients by proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee income generation through effective client presentations, solution consultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to treasury revenue to support the Bankโ€™s financial objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of banking experience with at least 3-5 years in Treasury Management or Cash Management
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue production and deposit growth
  • Management experience preferred
  • Excellent relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury products
