Treasury Management Coordinator - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Accountable for guiding, onboarding, providing internal education, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional service to business members in relation to all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Expected to timely communicate, test, and resolve Treasury Management product issues.
  • Ensures detailed and accurate onboarding, along with proper documentation and system configuration.
  • Maintains strong relationships with business members and seeks out internal cross-selling opportunities that deepen the relationship.
  • Helps onboard new products and services into the Treasury Management system, provides necessary training, and supports all Treasury Management product upgrades.
  • Working with the Director of Commercial Credit amp; Operations, appropriately develops and maintains Treasury Management system setup, processes, and procedures.
  • Actively seeks recommendations to enhance processes, procedures, and products as necessary.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to appropriately configure, test, maintain, and onboard new employees and products.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Three years minimum of prior banking or credit union experience.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience in Treasury Management is preferred.
  • Smartsheet Project Platform experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, well-organized and have an excellent eye for detail.

  • Handle issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
