About
  • The Treasury Analyst supports the Company's treasury operations, including daily cash management, bank reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and treasury administration. This position assists in ensuring accurate and timely cash positioning, supports banking and payment operations, and helps maintain strong internal controls over Company assets. The Treasury Analyst works closely with the Treasury Director, Accounting, and Finance teams to support the Company's liquidity and reporting needs.
Reporting
  • The Treasury Analyst reports to the Director of Treasury
Essential Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record daily cash positions across all Company bank accounts and report findings to the Treasury Director.
  • Prepare and support regular cash flow reports and assist with short-term and long-term cash forecasting.
  • Process and review wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other electronic payments in accordance with treasury policies and internal controls.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring positive pay systems and other fraud prevention controls.
  • Support administration of corporate banking platforms and treasury management systems (TMS), including user access, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in tracking debt compliance requirements, covenant calculations, and lender reporting deadlines.
  • Compile treasury-related data, reports, and dashboards to support management and executive reporting needs.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting and reconciliations in coordination with the Accounting team.
  • Support maintenance of banking documentation, signer authorizations, and account records.
  • Help monitor working capital metrics and identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and liquidity.
