Job description

The Treasury Management Sales Officerย is responsible for developing new and expanding existing Treasury Management business relationships.

  • Develops and executes Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting Plans
  • Identifies needs and provides appropriate Treasury Management solutions for customer's strategies and goals
  • Understands competitor capabilities and can effectively position the Bank's Treasury Management services as a competitive advantage
  • Works independently and with team members on prospecting efforts and expansion of relationships, generates cross-sell opportunities and referrals to other bank lines of business
  • Manages customer visits and on-going contact/relationship development
  • Manages entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations and executing customer agreements
  • Conducts Treasury Management reviews with top customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience
  • 3-5 years of Treasury Management Services experience
  • Preferred - 5-7 years of Treasury Management Services experience

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderate math and writing skills; moderate presentation skills; strong follow up abilitiesย 
  • Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
  • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
