Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking a relationship-focused Treasury Management sales professional to support business clients by delivering practical banking solutions aligned with their operational and financial goals. In this role, the individual will work closely with clients, bankers, and internal partners to provide a high level of service, support treasury sales efforts, and help strengthen valuable client relationships. This position reports to the Treasury Management Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Treasury Management Sales Officer to expand existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and recommend treasury solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, bankers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support pipeline activity, follow up on opportunities, and contribute to cross-sell initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, implementation timelines, pricing details, and required documentation.
  • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, relationship reviews, and pre-call and post-call support materials.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for clients by responding to inquiries and assisting with issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Participate in quarterly client reviews and travel within the market as needed for client meetings.
  • Remain informed on industry trends, treasury tools, and competitor offerings to strengthen solution recommendations.
  • Promote risk awareness by adhering to policies, procedures, and treasury-related compliance standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
  • Have the ability to travel across the region.
Competencies:
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to provide thoughtful, consultative support.
  • Knowledge of treasury products, including ACH, wire transfers, commercial cards, and fraud prevention tools.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to treasury products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate product knowledge clearly to clients and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Four to six years of experience in treasury management, banking, or a related field.
  • CTP certification preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal partners.
