POSITION: TREASURY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Position Summary:

The Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for selling Treasury Management solutions to clients and prospects and working with Commercial Lending Officers on treasury management service proposals in conjunction with commercial loan sales efforts.
Key Result Areas:
โ€ข Develop new business relationships in assigned markets.
โ€ข Manage existing business customer relationships and increase relationship value through cross-selling.
โ€ข Call on businesses referred to by lenders or other areas of the Bank and make joint sales calls with Commercial Lending Officers.
โ€ข Initiate leads through outside sources.
โ€ข Analyze customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.
โ€ข Prepare prospective customer proposals.
โ€ข Refer customers to other departments to maximize opportunities.
โ€ข Assist the Treasury Management Implementation and Training manager as needed with new client on-boarding or new service installation.
โ€ข Maintain high visibility within the market by involvement in community organizations.
โ€ข Interface with support departments to provide product delivery while adhering to existing bank policies.
โ€ข Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
โ€ข 5 + years of banking experience in Treasury/Cash Management with thorough knowledge of cash management products.
โ€ข Demonstrated sales skills with a history of proven results.
โ€ข Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
โ€ข Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM tools preferred.
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Ability to achieve goals while working independently.
โ€ข Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $140,000 - $185,000.
