Job description

General Description:

This full-time position is responsible for leading and supporting the Bank’s Treasury Services function through business development, operational oversight, product management, and customer support activities. The Treasury Services Manager will work closely with relationship officers and business customers to identify, implement, and support Treasury Management products and services designed to strengthen customer relationships, support deposit growth, and enhance profitability. This role will also oversee daily Treasury Services operations, supervise department staff, ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, and assist with the development and enhancement of Treasury Management products and services. The position will play a key role in managing services such as ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Online Banking while also supporting training initiatives, risk management efforts, and process improvements across the department.


Skills and Characteristics for Applicants:

The qualified individual should possess strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking operations, and related state and federal banking regulations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while supporting internal teams and department initiatives.
