Front Desk Coordinator – FullTime 
Location: Treasure Valley

Position Summary 
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression 
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner 
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately 
  • Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members 
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries 
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software 
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach 
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment 
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred 
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills 
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment 
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset 
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel between the six Treasure Valley clinics. 

Schedule 

This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 9:45 am - 7 pm. Must be available 1 day on the weekend, Saturday 9:45 am-4 pm or Sunday 8:45 am-3 pm. 34-37 hours per week.
