Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will design, develop, and maintain tools, dashboards, and data warehouse architecture that support business stakeholders and align with organizational objectives. This role ensures data accuracy, readying it for analysis to deliver actionable insights and measure strategy performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives, the Sr. BI Analyst will provide relevant and accurate information, support training and rollout of new resources, and uphold compliance with company policies and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under direction from BI Manager, the BI Analyst will design, develop, and build customized tools and resources that meet the needs of business stakeholders.
  • This role will develop and maintain automated dashboards based on identified key performance indicators (KPIs) to support multiple functions within the organization.
  • Primary responsibility will be to design and maintain the data warehouse architecture, in conjunction with IT resources.
  • Implement systems and protocols that maintain data accuracy and make it ready for data analysis and consumption.
  • In conjunction with BI Manager, ensure data warehouse environment aligns with the overall business objectives. This role will require a broad understanding of the business strategy and how the data infrastructure will be leveraged to provide insights and guidance to how well the strategy is performing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders, including C-suite executives, marketing, finance, supply chain, internal audit in order to deliver relevant and accurate information to inform and guide the business.
  • Act as resource in rollout and training of newly developed tools, reports, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales processes.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Systems / Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or any other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
