Job description

Switchgear Project Manager/Quotation

As the Switchgear Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting The Reynolds Company (TRC) construction group.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support contractor projects – including quotations, order entry, release of material, submittals, invoicing
  • Support contractor counter trade and daily purchases.
  • Work with contractor customers to secure profitable business.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Support Account Managers by assisting in quick turnaround on RFQ’s.
  • Profile inventory and make recommendations to improve day-to-day inventory levels and SPA pricing levels.
  • Support TRC seminars and attending internal training sessions.
  • Work with the credit department on open customer issues and receivables.
  • Other duties deemed necessary by management involving the DFW Contractor Division.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, experience or education (degree not required)
  • 6+ months of experience working with customers in a (construction, commercial or technical capacity preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.).
  • Eager to learn and grow with a team first focus.
